Healing Harmony

The Director of Healing Harmony, Nimisha Jimenez, B.A. Honours Psychology and certified Kripalu Yoga teacher, has been teaching Yoga the past 25 years. Recognized as an RYT 500 by Yoga Alliance, she has extensive training in yoga, body dynamics and movement principles. Her attention to alignment and efficient movement brings depth and balance to her yoga classes. Students come to a deeper awareness of their body and themselves, while acquiring effective strategies for handling stress.

Nimisha is also a Holistic Health Practitioner. She is a Certified Aromatherapy Health Professional (CAHP), a Registered Iridologist, and is a professional member of the Canadian Federation of Aromatherapists and of the Iridologists' Association of Canada. A former teacher for Continuous Learning at Durham College, she combines both methodology and intuitive processes in facilitating healing and greater empowerment in her clients and students.
