Healing Harmony Yoga works with grand alignment and movement principles. Grand alignment is the focal point and thread that interweaves all the facets of yoga - postures, breath, and meditation – and the auric layers of the body. Movement principles carry out the theme of grand alignment so that we work with, not against, the body’s musculoskeletal structure.

Experience Healing Harmony Yoga through the Yoga Teacher Training Program. The training is not a quick course on learning technique. It employs teaching methodology to heighten one’s awareness of the inner terrain of the body and of the mind. Since 2002, trainees and past graduates have experienced the transformative power of this program in their daily life and career. Graduates are eligible to receive the RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) designation from Yoga Alliance.
