Morning Yoga

Beginner/Intermediate Level

Whether you're just starting out or have been taking Yoga for some time, you can benefit and enjoy immensely the powerful yet relaxing yoga postures and breathing techniques to start the day with. Alignment and efficient movement are emphasized for your safety and comfort.

Evening Yoga
7:00 - 8:30pm Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Beginner/Intermediate Level

Take a relaxing and nurturing break from your daily routine with yoga. Learn postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. Those who have done yoga elsewhere will benefit from knowing movement principles fundamental to asanas in this Yoga class.

Intermediate/Advanced Level

For those who have done Yoga before, continue to expand your repertoire of postures, vigorous vinyasa flows, breathing techniques, and meditation. Enhance your skills and deepen your connection to the inner Yoga. A knowledge of movement principles is beneficial to attend this class.
